Clinical Health and Wellbeing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in Lismore. This role involves facilitating identification of health, wellbeing and social needs and coordinating appropriate early intervention, assessments, and referrals to services for school-aged children and young people attending designated primary and secondary schools.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply specialist clinical nursing knowledge, experience, and skill in providing complex nursing care for school-aged children and young people in identified local schools.
- Collaborate with school staff to identify and address the health, wellbeing, and social needs of students.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to support students' physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
- Category A position; evidence of vaccination as per NSW Health policy PD2024_015 must be provided.
- A probationary period of six months will apply from date of appointment.
