Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Intercom. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience with our product.
Job Description- Provide technical support to customers via our AI-powered customer service platform and phone calls.
- Owning customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution.
- Becoming an expert on how Intercom works and what it can do.
- Ensuring that all customers have a great experience with the product by identifying and addressing any issues or areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of technical support experience.
- Understanding of web development basics (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), Git, Ruby, Rails, APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and learn on-the-fly.
- Strong customer focus, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or other metrics/quotas.
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
