Project Management Leadership Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale projects and manage multiple concurrent projects for various clients.

This dynamic role requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills, the ability to educate and train clients on Agile methodologies, and a strong understanding of digital/software delivery projects.

About the Role
  • Lead complex projects and manage multiple concurrent projects for diverse clients.
  • Develop and implement best practice project delivery processes and practices.
  • Provide governance, stability, and proactive improvements within the Project Management Team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the single point of contact.
  • Lead and inspire diverse teams of UX/UI experts, software engineers, and analysts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of Project Management experience in a digital environment.
  • Expertise in digital/software delivery projects, particularly in the mobile, web, and CCaaS space.
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in digital projects.
  • Experience in coaching teams to adopt and improve Agile ways of working.
  • Experience in product management and development and delivery of product roadmaps.
  • Proven success in managing diverse teams, including local and global offices, and remote workers.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet, and other project tools.
Working Arrangements

Willingness to work on-site with clients when required (likely 2-3 days per week on-site with client).
