Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead our team in Sydney. This role focuses on driving excellence, innovation and transformation of digital and data projects for key clients.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery and growth of major engagements, working closely with technologists and account managers. Your expertise will guide our delivery teams by driving high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the successful delivery of complex projects, guaranteeing high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, crafting strong relationships and translating needs into actionable delivery plans.
  • Partner with Solution Architects and account managers to align client objectives with our capabilities.
  • Lead QBRs, PMOs and related activities to ensure milestones are met and exceeded.
  • Dedicate time to securing new engagements through proposals, presentations and client meetings.
  • Mentor and inspire project management teams, fostering growth, collaboration and innovation.
Required Experience & Expertise
  • Web/Digital Projects: Extensive experience with large-scale web and digital projects.
  • Data Engagements: Experience with significant data-related projects or end-to-end engagements is beneficial.
  • AI Engagements: Experience in integrating AI solutions within client engagements is advantageous.
  • Agile Development: Strong expertise in Agile methodologies is essential.
  • Technology Background: A solid technology background enables effective communication on technical aspects.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 10+ years in project delivery management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field.
