- Lead and manage teams to deliver digital projects on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards using agile methodologies.
- Guide teams in shaping ideas and concepts into actionable requirements, solution definitions, build, testing, and implementation phases.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles in a structured environment, aligning with governance approaches and tools.
- Navigate ambiguity and uncertainty using scenario planning and robust risk management strategies.
- Foster and sustain robust stakeholder relationships by utilising effective communication, documentation, and proactive issues management to ensure successful product delivery and fulfilment of defined outcomes, benefits, and commitments.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a project leader or senior manager leading digital projects using agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead teams through the full project lifecycle, from ideation to implementation.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, UX/UI principles, and industry best practices.
- Experience managing project teams to achieve agreed outcomes within governance and agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Project Management or Agile certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe).
- Strong knowledge of Jira for project tracking and management.
- Experience with Risk & Compliance-related projects highly regarded.
