Job Title: Career Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide expert advice and guidance on vacancy management, recruitment selection, and human resource matters. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving diversity and inclusion in the workforce, working closely with People and Culture areas to achieve this goal.
  • Provide information and analysis on trends and best practices in human resources, ensuring our policies and procedures are up-to-date and effective.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to identify talent acquisition needs, developing targeted solutions to meet these needs.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and deliver reports and presentations, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to inform our human resource practices.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a related role, preferably in a government or public sector setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
