About the Role

Anglicare WA is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to oversee the delivery of clinical services within our Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) Hub in Broome. As a key leadership position, you will provide clinical leadership and direction to the Hub team, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to victim-survivors of FDV and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary-level qualification in a relevant discipline, such as psychology, social work, or counselling, and significant experience in FDV. You will be able to demonstrate your knowledge of relevant legislation and have a proven track record of building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders.

The role involves overseeing the coordination and delivery of clinical services, ensuring day-to-day clinical work is carried out effectively, and maintaining a focus on exceptional service through reflective supervision. You will also work in the community to raise the profile of the Hub and contribute expertise to service design for FDV programs in the region.
