About the Role

CBRE GWS is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our fast-paced facilities management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a key site within the Client Property Portfolio, ensuring all premises are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver efficient and cost-effective FM services across a portfolio of properties, ensuring each property is compliant with relevant codes and standards.
  • Manage the HSE program, providing annual HSE inspections of each property, including regular reporting.
  • Collaborate with building management, supervisors, and contractors to resolve issues in a timely, respectful, and professional manner.
  • Prepare, manage, and update the Annual Opex and Capex program and budgets in conjunction with the client and other team members.
  • Implement and maintain preventative maintenance schedules and risk management procedures, as well as asset management and other agreed premises management initiatives.
  • Prepare a consolidated monthly report, including client service requests, key issues, outcomes of tenancy inspections, project status, and project pipeline.
  • Manage the energy savings program, maintaining accurate data on system set points, timer clocks, and equipment usage.
  • Proactively report on potential energy efficiency improvements and monitor once implemented.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a property discipline or trade background are desirable.
  • At least 2 years of facilities management experience.
  • A proven track record in managing fit-outs, refurbishments, and maintenance.
  • A good understanding of financials, specifically budget preparation, managing portfolio to a budget, fulfilling reporting requirements, project, and service-related financial management.
  • The ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
