We are seeking a strategic leader to drive our digital transformation and align our enterprise architecture with business strategy in a complex manufacturing environment.

Job Description

Drive Strategic Architecture:
Lead the development and execution of an enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports our vision.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an enterprise architecture strategy that drives business growth and operational excellence.
  • Oversee AI & data architecture design, evolution, and governance, researching and evaluating emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
  • Manage central technical strategy, chair Architecture Review Board activities, and provide expert direction in all technology-related decisions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with technology vendors, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to support business growth.

Deliver Value Realisation:
Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value, focusing on sustainability enablement, security architecture, and operational efficiency across our national manufacturing footprint.

Requirements:
Strategic Technology Leader: A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field is required. Proven expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF and extensive knowledge of manufacturing or FMCG industry requirements is essential.

Proven Executive:
Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams, large-scale technology projects, and driving digital transformation in complex manufacturing environments is required. Certified cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deep expertise in AI & data architecture, enterprise governance, security architecture, and integration patterns relevant to manufacturing and retail operations is also necessary.
