  • Transformation & Change: Drive organisational transformation through strategic leadership of people, safety, culture and communications – including talent development, change management and effective internal and external communication initiatives.
  • Advocacy & Influence: Lead strategic advocacy and public policy initiatives advancing organisational priorities and building stakeholder support.
  • Governance, Risk & Legal: Lead robust governance frameworks and risk management strategies ensuring organisational integrity, compliance and accountability.
  • Performance & Insight: Drive enterprise performance frameworks that inform decision-making and enhance organisational performance through data interpretation.
  • Asset Strategy: Develop and implement strategic approaches to asset data and asset management improving asset performance and sustainability.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Navigate and resolve highly complex matters requiring nuanced understanding of social, ethical, political and economic factors.
