Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on mechanical issues, completing financial and administration processes, and maintaining accurate stock movements. Additionally, they will participate in project work as required and contribute to the achievement of service delivery and response times while maintaining quality customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Attend to emergency calls within established benchmarks and policies.
- Provide sound advice on mechanical issues and product information to customers.
- Complete financial and administrative tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate stock movements and account for inventory daily.
- Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service.
- Participate in project work as required and contribute to business growth.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Mechanical trade experience.
- A current C Class Driver Licence (manual).
- A mechanical or auto electrical trade qualification is advantageous.
- Experience in roadside assistance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer relations experience.
- Time management and organisational experience.
- Detailed knowledge of automotive club products and services.
- Ability to apply initiative in unusual situations.
- Sound problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
