The primary responsibility of the Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Manager is to ensure the effectiveness of our organizational resilience.
This involves collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and maintain Business Impact Analyses and Business Continuity Plans, ensuring they are robust and aligned with strategic objectives.
Providing expert guidance on business continuity and risk management practices, the Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Manager will work closely with the executive team to integrate comprehensive disaster planning and policy development.
Leading regular testing programs for our preparedness plans, coordinating with local and state emergency management agencies, and representing the organization at various forums.
Strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on leadership aimed at fostering a culture of preparedness and excellence in emergency management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain Business Impact Analyses and Business Continuity Plans
