Customer Service Role Overview
This is a temporary to permanent customer service position in Scoresby.
About the Opportunity:
- We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: High-volume sales order data entry of customer orders, daily, using SAP software.
- Customer Inquiries: Responding to inbound calls from customers and forwarding customer feedback and complaints to the relevant stakeholders.
- Order Fulfillment: Organising freight and shipping for client orders and providing ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival).
- Customer Relationships: Developing strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills and customer service.
- General Support: Handling general ad-hoc requests as required by the customer service and administration team.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a friendly and hardworking individual who has a passion for customer interactions and enjoys working in a high-volume environment.
To be successful, you will need to have:
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Great communication skills.
- A friendly and interpersonal approach.
Working Hours and Environment:
This is a Monday to Friday, full-time role with standard office hours. You will work in an in-office environment.
