About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to our legal professionals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years prior experience in a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, drafting legal documents, organizing client files, conducting research, facilitating communication, prioritizing urgent matters, and upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.

What You'll Need
  • Minimum 2 years prior experience as a Legal Secretary
