About the Role
  • You will be responsible for delivering care in alignment with individual care plans, under the supervision of a Clinical Leader and/or EN/RN.
  • Your role involves providing direct care to a designated group of residents, ensuring their needs are met and their well-being is promoted.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective teamwork and collaboration with residents, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, prioritising their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Collaborate with the care leadership team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care, including progress notes and medication administration.

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care, or an equivalent qualification.
