Nursing Professional Development Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Nursing Professional Development Practitioner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding learners toward desired outcomes, utilizing environmental scanning to assess opportunities and challenges within and externally to the organization.

The successful candidate will contribute to nursing professional development processes, ensure the achievement of measurable outcomes, influence professional role competence and growth of learners in various settings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), two years of nursing experience, and a valid Florida State of Nursing license as a registered professional nurse.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
