Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our radiography team as a graduate radiographer. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Job Description

As a graduate radiographer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality images to assist in the medical assessment of patients. You will work predominately at our Maitland practice but also travel to other Hunter region practices. You will provide excellent service to our patients and receive mentoring from senior radiographers to develop your technical and patient care skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing high-quality images to enable the composition of reports to assist in the medical assessment of patients
  • Providing excellent service to patients in accordance with our values
  • Receiving mentoring from senior radiographers to develop technical and patient care skills
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be graduating or have recently graduated in Applied Science (Medical Radiation Science)
  • Have well-developed communication skills and understand the importance of effective communication with patients and colleagues
  • Hold a current NSW EPA Licence and Working with Children Check
