About This Role

This specialist will guarantee customers have the best possible chance of success when setting up their Telco service from purchase to activation, reducing repeat calls and customer churn due to connection issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with successful setup and usage of their telco products.
  • Resolve technical problems customers face during the setup process.
  • Educate customers on the setup process and how to use their telco products effectively.
  • Solve customer inquiries regarding new/existing service connections.
