About the Role

The purpose of this role is to ensure the customer has the maximum chance of success with connecting their Telco service(s) from the point of sale to activation, thus reducing repeat callers, or customers who churn because its "to hard" to connect.

What you'll be doing- Assist customers with successful connection and use of their telco products- Assist with any technical issues customers face as part of the connection journey- Educate customers on the connection process and how to use their telco products successfully- Solve customer enquiries relating to getting connected on new/existing services- Ensure a smooth adoption of the product.

About You

What you'll bring to the table- Strong attention to detail- Great level of communication, Verbal, and Written Communication- Ability to work independently and with a team- Strong ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks, and organization- High attention to the customer experience and journey- Ability to solve problems and foresee any potential customer-impacting events- Conflict management abilities
