**Position Purpose**:
In this role you will be responsible for developing communication plans and managing a diverse and complex communications portfolio and projects that are designed to execute and deliver the Employee Communications and Engagement Strategy. The Specialist will develop strong internal relationships with their portfolio groups, build and embed highly collaborative communications channels, deliver company-wide high-quality communications and assist the Manager Internal Communications in supporting leaders across the organisation.

**Key Accountabilities**:
You will be part of a small but nimble team supporting the Manager of Internal Communications and contribute to the Employee Communications function to plan, deliver and embed BAU communications as well as support critical change by:

- Managing a diverse and complex communication portfolio that encompasses transformative projects
- Defining digital communications approach and plans that align with the overarching Endeavour Energy employee communications and engagement strategy and the organisation’s strategic goals.
- Defining and implementing proactive digital internal communications and manage the relationship with key business and program stakeholders.
- Helping to build communications capability within the organisation through the development and engagement of key stakeholders and contributors.
- Developing, managing and driving the internal communication plans for key portfolios and projects to engage employees and support change programs.
- Managing issues through understanding communications protocols, identifying mitigations and implementing proactive plans for possible, and likely, scenarios.
- Developing and managing leader engagement opportunities to ensure all levels of leadership are aware of focus areas and projects.
- Supporting the broader Internal Communications team’s portfolios and offering expert advice and support when issues may need additional focus.

**Qualifications, Certifications and Licences**:

- Tertiary qualification in Digital Media / Comms / PR
- Masters degree in Communications is highly desirable
