Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior management and sales teams in strengthening partnerships and coordinating daily activities for consistent execution.
  • Effectively manage orders, monitor stock levels, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain accurate account records, contracts, and product listings.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, track KPIs, and assist with strategic planning to drive business growth.
  • Deliver exceptional service to partners and customers, facilitate in-store activations, POS installations, events, and training support for pharmacy staff.
  • Coordinate new product launches and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, account support, or customer service (beauty, wellness, FMCG, or pharmacy is a must).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport with customers, partners, and sales teams.
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and collaborative spirit.
