We have a range of roles for qualified beauty specialists to provide elevated services in our Store of the Future.Our Beauty Therapists apply their skin and dermal therapy knowledge to provide customer treatment and routine recommendations as part of a whole solution.
Through initiating and conducting tailored consultations, our Beauty Therapists can build a beauty and skin profile based on needs and wants.Our Makeup Artists utilise a range of selling techniques, whilst providing services, including product and application knowledge.
They build a connection with their customers, gaining trust and inviting them to return.Responsibilities includeCreate a safe space for our clients, providing services in our newly reimagined beauty rooms.Share your passion for beauty with our clients and inspire them with product knowledge and recommendations.Deliver exceptional, personalised service to achieve commercial objectives.Work closely with the Counter Manager to empower our clients to look and feel their best.Build an ever-growing base of return clientele through genuine and insightful interactions.Have completed a Diploma or Certificate in Beauty.Have experience working within a customer-centric environment.Thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.Have an exceptional service mindset and adaptable communication skills.Are flexible to work retail hours which includes some late nights and weekends.Are passionate about joining the David Jones family and representing our brand, alongside our international Beauty offering including Chanel, Dior, and La Mer.Why work for usA competitive remuneration package and incentive scheme.
