Hotel Operations Executive

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the smooth operation of our hotel, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Ensure every touchpoint reflects the promise of purposeful luxury and distinctive experiences.
  • Operational Management: Manage day-to-day activities across Rooms, Housekeeping, and Engineering, ensuring effective planning, rostering, and resource allocation.
  • Leadership Development: Establish clear performance expectations and personal development goals for all leaders and colleagues.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams to ensure product quality meets or exceeds guest expectations.
  • Operational Direction: Provide regular direction and manage hotel operations for all departments.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, team members, and hotel assets in compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Three years of guest service/hotel experience with at least two years in a higher management capacity.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Passion for luxury hospitality and commitment to delivering True Hospitality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
