Business Support Officer

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Support Officer to join our team at Peppergreen Farm in Bendigo.

About the Role

This part-time position involves providing administrative and business support to Peppergreen Farm, a social enterprise of WISE Employment. As a Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for data entry, budget rostering, and payroll processing. You will also assist with accounts payable and receivable, and provide general administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and business support to Peppergreen Farm
  • Data entry, including timesheets, budget rostering, and payroll processing
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Check
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to pass an NDIS Workers Screen
  • Demonstrated experience in administration and business support
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools
  • Good understanding of system databases and software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to problem solve in a constructive and collaborative way
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
