Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator

Job Description:

This role involves providing comprehensive project support, encompassing monitoring project plans, ensuring timely delivery, updating risks and issues, producing reports and briefing packs, managing logistical requirements, and offering administration assistance to the Project Manager.

  • Assist and support the Project Manager in their daily duties.
  • Capture and analyze relevant management information.
  • Assign tasks and hold regular Project Check In meetings to track progress.
  • Collaborate with the team to remove obstacles.
  • Schedule projects and allocate resources effectively.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate project risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee procurement and communicate issues to the procurement team leader.
  • Coordinate projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop training and briefing material for staff members.
  • Maintain close contact with key project stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Monitor and report project progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fundamental knowledge of project management strategies and tools.
  • Able to articulate and promote services with stakeholders.
  • Relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
