**THE ORGANISATION**
Our client is a very well respected, healthcare organisation with a workforce of over 2000 people based globally. They take pride in delivering innovative solutions to their clients whilst offering exciting and stimulating careers for their employees. They are currently on the lookout for a talented ER Specialist to join them on a temporary basis for a period of 6-months.
**THE ROLE**
Working within a small and specialised team of three you will be responsible for implementing various Employee Relation projects across the business. This position is critical in mitigating risk and supporting compliance across the spectrum of related topics relevant to employment. You will design an ensure appropriate implementation of change initiatives resulting from changes in enterprise/collective agreements, employment agreements and policies. You will also be responsible for project management all ER programs according to the agreed project delivery method, people engagement practices and monitor quality assurance through reporting, tracking, risk identification and management.
