Job Title: Wellness Professional

A key role in our business is to deliver exceptional wellness treatments, provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking someone who can perform various spa treatments including facial treatments, body treatments and massages with skill and care.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with other practitioners, therapists and colleagues.
  • Maintaining guest safety and well-being at all times is of paramount importance.
  • We value our customers and strive to build long-term relationships through exceptional service.
  • The successful candidate will be required to recommend lifestyle practices and products that promote wellness and relaxation.
Requirements:
  • A diploma-level qualification in a related field is essential for this role.
  • Experience in a similar position would be advantageous, but not necessary.
  • We require someone who is highly motivated and has excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work rotating roster including weekends and public holidays is a must.
