Exercise Physiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of allied health services and making a real difference in the lives of our customers.

About the Role
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical health, movement capacity, and functional goals.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based, personalised exercise programs for chronic conditions, rehabilitation, and general wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and care plans.
  • Build and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen networks and support practice growth.
  • Coordinate with external providers to ensure seamless client care within established protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver tailored exercise programs for individuals with chronic conditions or injuries.
  • Monitor and report on clients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in exercise physiology and apply this knowledge to your work.
About You
  • You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Clinical Exercise Science.
  • You are an accredited Exercise Physiologist with 3–5+ years of clinical experience working with clients in chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, or functional health programs.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You have advanced expertise in exercise prescription and rehabilitation.
  • You can deliver high-quality care and foster innovation in service delivery.
