Job Description:

We are seeking an entry-level Health and Safety Administrator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure across various services and develop skills in health and safety management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Provide respirator fit testing services, including scheduling and client communication, with training provided.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Management Systems to meet quality and health & safety standards.
  • Support clients in achieving and maintaining accreditation with regulatory bodies.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required to contribute to the smooth functioning of the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong computer acumen and reasonable typing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Outlook.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work to a strict deadline.
  • Presents self professionally.
