Fitness Club Manager

">About the Role:

We're seeking a visionary and experienced leader to spearhead our fitness club's success. As a natural motivator with a passion for fitness, you'll drive team performance and deliver exceptional service.

You'll be responsible for overseeing club operations, staying ahead of industry trends, and developing strategies to keep members engaged. Your problem-solving skills will help navigate challenges, ensuring seamless club operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a high-performing team
  • Oversight of club performance and operations
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Solving problems and making informed decisions quickly and effectively
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Solid leadership experience (fitness industry experience an asset)
  • Strong people and performance management skills
  • Confidence in budgeting, reporting, and analysis
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
