About this Role

The Client Liaison Officer is a key member of the Service Engagement and Operations Department, responsible for delivering high-quality mental health education and training programs within the health professional, school and community sectors.

The role involves providing excellent customer service to clients, liaising with them to determine training dates, confirm participant numbers, and ensure logistics information for training are received prior to delivery.
