Main Responsibilities:- Provide counsel on corporate governance matters, including company secretarial services and board support
- Assist with the preparation and facilitation of client board, committee, and shareholder meetings
- Review and lodge statutory reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Maintain capital registers and client company records, guaranteeing data integrity and confidentiality
The role involves close collaboration with clients and stakeholders, managing complex transactions, and maintaining expertise in relevant regulations.
Requirements:- Previous experience in a legal counsel, governance, or finance capacity, preferably with ASX listed companies
- Strong analytical skills, professionalism, and excellent communication abilities
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field, demonstrating academic excellence and theoretical knowledge
