Lead OSHC Program Developer

As a senior leadership professional in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) programs, you will oversee the development and performance of our Melbourne-based operations. This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives to enhance quality of care, increase enrolment, and manage financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design innovative strategies to promote quality improvement, growth, and profitability within the portfolio
  • Promote collaborative relationships with support teams, focusing on safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence
  • Support coordinators during critical incidents and identify future training needs
Requirements
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification required; Bachelor's Degree highly desirable
  • Proven experience as an Area Manager or senior leader in School Aged Care sector, demonstrating results in quality, financial, and people outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
