Senior Operations Manager

The Extend Group invites applications from experienced professionals to lead a cluster of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) businesses in Victoria.
This is an important and dynamic people management role that includes Before and After School Care and Vacation Care. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing teams, preferably in the Child Care or Education sector, and will be responsible for leading and managing OSHC teams in schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing OSHC teams in schools
- Overseeing all aspects of service management including staff management, program design support, business management, and motivating and managing teams
- Conducting Educator appraisals
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with educators, principals, school staff, parents, regulatory authorities, and suppliers
Requirements:
- Past people management experience in childcare
- Demonstrated area management or remote team management experience
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent relationships internally and externally
- Proven past success in management in any sector with the ability to demonstrate measurable outcomes
