Job Overview

As a senior leader in the Out-of-School Hours Care sector, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of care and driving enrolment growth across our OSHC programs. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing portfolio and contribute to the delivery of exceptional outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and excellence within the OSHC portfolio
  • Design and implement innovative strategies to enhance the quality of care, improve operational efficiency, and increase enrolment numbers
  • Collaborate with support teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, promote a safe working environment, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Provide guidance and support to OSHC Coordinators during critical incidents, identify areas for future training and development, and contribute to the growth and success of the team
Requirements:
  • A diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent) is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is highly desirable
  • Proven experience as a senior leader or Area Manager in the School Aged Care sector, with a strong track record of delivering quality, financial, and people outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role
