Oshc Operations Manager Job Opportunity

Job Summary:

An Oshc Operations Manager is required to oversee the daily operations of our before school, after school and holiday programs.

The successful candidate will work closely with a team of Area Managers to deliver programs that operate efficiently and ensure children receive excellent care.

  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure child safety
  • Manage program operations, including staff rostering and scheduling
  • Oversee engaging activities and experiences for children
  • Collaborate with schools, parents and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations to assess program performance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals in delivering high-quality childcare services
  • Develop strategies to increase program enrolment and revenue growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with schools, parents and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and standards

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Children's Services or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in OSHC leadership. They will also possess strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and sound financial management skills.
