Program Manager

As a leading figure in our organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an OSHC program.
Key Responsibilities:- You will lead a team of educators to create engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- You will ensure the safety and well-being of children by implementing behaviour management and emergency protocols.
- You will foster strong relationships with parents, schools, and the wider community through effective communication and involvement initiatives.
- You will oversee training programs and drive continuous improvement of the OSHC program.
To be successful in this role, you must hold or be working towards a relevant Diploma level qualification (ACECQA approved).
- You must possess essential certifications such as First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and Child Protection Training (current or willing to obtain).
- Leadership experience is highly desirable, particularly in an OSHC leadership role, with strong team management skills.
