The role of OSHC Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and provide quality before and after school care and holiday programs for children. As the face of the organization, you will create positive relationships within the school community, mentor educators to develop their skills, and manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities- Lead your own OSHC service and support local families
- Create engaging programs with industry leading programming tools
- Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills
- Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships
- Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry preferred but not essential
- Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services
- Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state
- Willingness to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check
