About the Role

WISE Employment is seeking a driven and solution-oriented individual to join our team as an Employment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping people with disabilities, illnesses, injuries, or employment barriers to find and maintain employment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop strong relationships with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience.
  2. Assist participants with resume development, job applications, and interview preparation.
  3. Identify and address barriers to employment and create solutions to support participants in the workplace.
  4. Create job plans with participants to support clear pathways into sustainable employment.
  5. Increase participants' employability through training and other support services.
  6. SOURCE employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with potential employers and community organizations.
