About the Role
- You'll be the face of Optus, delivering customer service excellence and building strong relationships with our customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and products, and share your knowledge with customers in a way that's easy to understand.
- Provide personalized solutions and product expertise to meet our customers' needs, and use your charm to build trust and rapport.
- Work collaboratively with your colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that exceeds customer expectations.
Your Skills and Qualities
- Sales and Customer Service Expertise: You have a proven track record of delivering sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Technical Knowledge: You're always on the lookout for the latest technology trends and products, and can share your knowledge with customers in a way that's easy to understand.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You're able to think on your feet and provide creative solutions to customer problems.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are able to work effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
What We Offer
- $68,000 OTE (inc. Super) (pro-rata) with unmatched sales commissions (Part Time).
- $34 p/h + super + applicable loadings (Casuals).
- Discounts on Optus products & services (25% discount on all plans).
