About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Optus, a leading telecommunications company in Australia. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Optus, delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized solutions and product expertise to customers
- Share knowledge of our cool tech products and services in an easy-to-understand way
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends and products
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $68,000 OTE (inc. Super) (pro-rata) with unmatched sales commissions (Part Time)
- $34 p/h + super + applicable loadings (Casuals)
- Discounts on Optus products and services (25% discount on all plans)
- Access to over 400 retailers Australia-wide, including Iconic, Mimco, Estée Lauder, and Nine West
- Flexible working arrangements
