About the Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and play a key role in delivering an employment program across New South Wales and Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and create career opportunities for clients, matching them to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition.
  • Engage and work with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
Essential Criteria
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
  • Proven ability to meet performance indicators and manage workload effectively
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Certified Driver's License - essential
