Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Career Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a Career Transformation Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions to achieve their career goals.

Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the job-readiness journey, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and secure meaningful employment. You will work closely with clients to understand their strengths, goals, and support needs, providing tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients in planning their next career steps and finding suitable job opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
  • Collaborate with employers and community services to create job opportunities and training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and meet performance benchmarks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Employment or Human Services (e.g., Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work).
  • Experience working in employment services and supporting individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Proven ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and create client-focused employment and skills plans.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labor market trends.
