About the Role

As a civil engineer with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work on major rail projects and contribute to project design and delivery. Your responsibilities will include designing and optimizing track structures and alignments for safe, efficient, and high-performance rail networks.

You will be part of a team that works closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and develop solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about civil engineering and want to make a meaningful contribution to the transport sector.

In this two-year graduate development program, you will gain exposure to design teams, bids, tenders, and occasional site work. You will have the opportunity to deepen your technical development or learn from mentors in year two.
