
Critical Care Nurse Specialist

- Deliver high-quality patient care in a Cath Lab setting, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement quality improvement projects to drive excellence in patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and deliver educational programs that enhance patient care knowledge and skills.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Act as a role model for safe practice, promoting a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement within the team.
- A minimum of 3 years' clinical experience in an acute Cath lab setting.
- A valid NSW Working with Children check.
- A Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent).
- A Postgraduate certificate in critical care, cardiac nursing or interventional cardiology is highly desirable.
- Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA.
- A valid Australian work right.
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
- Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement.
- A self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer-focused.
