Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our team in the ICU/PICU department. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment with a focus on advanced clinical skills.
About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy working in high-acuity environments and are eager to develop their skills in critical care. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide individualized patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients and their families.
- Participate in emergency response situations, utilizing critical thinking and decision-making skills to prioritize patient care.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated experience in ICU or PICU settings, with a strong understanding of critical care principles and practices.
- Comprehensive onboarding program, including tailored orientation and supernumerary days.
- Ongoing learning opportunities through Simulation Centre training and Clinical Nurse Educators available 7 days a week.
- Flexible scheduling options, including rotating shifts to accommodate varying lifestyles.
