Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Nursing Care Specialist. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care plans tailored to the needs of each client, conducting regular health checks and assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

  • Assess and evaluate clients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans accordingly.
  • Provide direct nursing care to clients, including administering medications, wound care, and mobility assistance.
  • Conduct regular health checks and assessments to identify any changes or concerns in clients' conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients' care plans, progress, and any relevant documentation.
