Property Valuer Job Description

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Property Valuer to join our team in South Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing detailed property inspections and preparing valuation reports that meet industry standards.

About the Position:

  • You will work closely with our team to deliver expert advice and reports to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete detailed property inspections to assess market value.
  • Prepare accurate valuation reports using industry-standard methodologies.
  • Provide expert advice on property matters to clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property Valuer, with a strong understanding of commercial and residential property markets.
  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification.
  • Accreditation with the Australia Property Institute (API).
  • Full working rights in Australia, including PR, citizenship, or long-term visas.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, property markets, and valuation standards.
  • Collaborative team player with a client-focused approach.
