About the Role
RACQ is seeking a Customer Service Excellence Specialist to join our team in Townsville. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences for our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored solutions across a range of assistance, insurance and banking products and services
- Create personalized interactions with customers to build meaningful relationships
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

About You
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You will be eager to learn, happy to deal with customers face-to-face and via phone, and have a can-do attitude. Strong written, verbal, and communication skills are essential for this role.
