Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project leader to oversee the delivery of mineral processing projects. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders and managing interfaces with vendors and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders and maintain healthy client relationships throughout the project phase.
  • Proactively resolve performance, scope, cost and schedule issues as they arise.
  • Manage interfaces with vendors, contractors and other third parties to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, cost-effectively and timely.
  • Analyse weekly cost and schedule progress reporting and communicate clear assessments of performance to management teams.
  • Coordinate with the construction team and monitor safety, environment, cost, schedule and quality for each construction package.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the mining, minerals and metals industry is essential.
  • 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5 years of relevant supervisory, project management and/or technical experience.
  • Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
